The Christmas season is one of our busiest boarding periods all year. When you are enjoying your families, we are working! In order to have things run smoothly and to allow us to have some time with our children, we have the following policies for the Christmas/New Years holiday period. Please read carefully!

We are not open for pick up or drop off on December 23-28, 2012 inclusive. If you wish to leave your pet here over the prime Christmas boarding days, it must arrive no later than December 22, 2012 and can be picked up no sooner than December 29, 2012. Check our business hours as listed below.

Minimum charge for any pet here on Christmas Day will be 7 days. There will be no minimum stay charged for pets arriving on/after December 29, 2012.

A 7-day deposit by VISA or MasterCard will be required at the time of reservation. No refund of deposit will be made after December 10, 2012.

Rates from December 14, 2012 to January 10, 2012: Dogs - $23.00/day, 2 Dogs - same owner/sharing a suite - $33.00/day, Cats - $14.00/day. Plus HST
