"Kyber" was bred by Gail Gagnon, Kerrilee Kennels. He was owned and loved by Reta Savaria and Family.
He had an outstanding show career and was Canada's #1 English Springer Spaniel, #1 Sporting Dog and #10 All Breeds
in 1989. Among his many wins were 10 Best in Shows. He was sired by our
"Dealer" and was the sire of our most famous litter,
brothers "Cody" and
"Boomer". His Mom "Robin" came from the first litter
born at Serenade.
His show career and producing record were second to his true job in life and that was as a loving
companion to his family. We were very fortunate that when Kyber was young, his owners moved from Nova Scotia to
Ottawa. We knew Kyber as a friend and he visited us many times. The impact he had on our breeding program and
future success are beyond words. |
